Ingredients
  

  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Thoroughly wash the potatoes with a brush, removing any damaged spots but keeping the skin on.
  • Cut each potato into 8 long strips.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder.
  • Evenly coat each potato strip with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the seasoned potato strips on a baking sheet, ensuring space between each piece.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator within 2 hours.
