Ingredients
  

  • 400 g squash
  • salt. to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 40 ml water
  • 130 g flour
  • 6 g baking powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate the squash and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  • Combine the grated squash, salt, pepper, eggs, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, water, and flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the baking powder until the batter is thick and uniform.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the frituras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
